Hi Tim, well… I am not sure if I am on the right track here… Lots of things are ‘hanging’, maybe something about suspended time, a dormancy. There are empty shared spaces, places where kids play, and in between spaces in alley ways and there is a play off between shared natural spaces and living quarters – with the boys presence this leads me think something about a child trying to occupy himself in lockdown, the hanging teddy bear symbolising the loss of something childlike… All that said, I am not sure if the ‘walks’ are supposed to link to something else, or if they are supposed to connect to each other. I cant find the relevance of the maps and because you are listed each collection as a walk, I feel like I am missing something!
